Planning

Most Local Planning Authorities allow access to planning applications, including all the plans and other documents submitted with the application, and the decision notices on their websites. Ealing seems to be an exception to this - I may be missing something, but I've only managed to get basic details, e.g. this is the only info I can find on the main permission (so much for local democracy!):
