I have been trying to get my head around all the various players in this whole project & have made a list which helps me start to understand the structure. Hopefully useful to you. I have copied text from Mitty and Tam's reports to help too:

‘From listening to Paul it is clear that the job was not simple in anyway, he says “the construction of the conical mounds was a challenge.” The material, as it was being placed progressively to the top of each mound would create boulders that rolled down the 1in3 gradient slopes and would then destroy the site batterails which radiated out from the centre. This required constant rechecking and engineering from both Paul and the rest of the team.’

Notes of/actions from our meeting on Friday:
1. We have 8 weeks until hand in of the report on 11 March; we don't know when the presentation will be scheduled.
2. We discussed producing a diagram of how we are breaking down work - to be completed.
3. We agreed that we would focus first on Part 1 of the brief: summary of the project and design team
4. ACTION - All to continue to research project & design team; agreed that we would each look at this from the point of view of one of the design team members:
- Matt - Ecologist (Peter Neal Associates)
- Kevin - Contractor (CR Swift/CJ Pryor)
- Tam - Consultation (Art4Space/ Northolt Extended Schools Project/ Ealing Council)
- Mitti - Engineering (Techniker/ Peter Brett Assoc.)
- Elena - Competition stage design team (Form Assoc. (known as Art2Architecture at the time)
- Valentinos - Client (Ealing Council)
- Victor - (after discussion on the train into London) Construction stage design team (LDA)
- Cristina - that leaves Project Manager (EDAW). If you want to swap, let us know as soon as possible
and write a one page summary of the project from that team member's viewpoint by Fri 1st Feb. Cover all relevant bullet points under (1) in the brief.
5. Also start to list questions for next stage of research, including talking to team members.
6. Next meeting: 2pm Friday 1st February.
We didn't discuss:
- Visiting the site?
- Does anyone have any contacts at any of the firms listed above?
